The Sweden + Taiwan Green Transition Alliance is a collaborative effort founded in 2021 by Business Sweden and eight Swedish corporations, including Assa Abloy, Atlas Copco, Baseload Power Taiwan, Ericsson Taiwan, Scania, Trelleborg Sealing Solutions, Volvo Cars Taiwan, and Volvo Group. The mission of the alliance is to increase collaboration between Taiwan and Sweden for green transitions across the government and industry sectors. In 2023, Alfa Laval and TCO Development also joined the alliance.

The alliance was established in November 2021 and the members also announced individual pledges to reduce environmental and carbon footprint to support of green growth and Taiwan’s 2050 net zero target.
